The Game's cousin wants the rapper pay up some serious cash and it's all over an alleged beat down that occurred at a funeral of all places last year. Robert Kirkwood just filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming the The Game and four others assaulted him at his sister's funeral in July of '08. The suit says the throw down started when Robert confronted The Game because the rich rapper wouldn't pay for a part of the funeral costs. Robert who hilariously refers to The Game in the suit as someone who "fashions himself as some kind of rapper, gangster and/or celebrity" says he suffered "severe and permanent injuries" during the alleged fight . Robert is suing The Game along with the four other people for medical expenses, loss of income and general damages.

According to reports, a young woman claims Berg assaulted her during the festivities, leaving her with a black eye and subsequently stranded in the middle of no where. Chelsea Berry claims she was enjoying a night at Berg's house in Woodland Hills, California last Wednesday, July 15th along with two of her friends, three of his pals, someone from his label and another woman.
Berg allegedly threw Berry in a swimming pool and later hit her several times, giving her a black eye after he disappeared into a room with another woman and she became jealous.
"He striked me with the palm of his hand, like about three times. On my head, on my eye, and I was falling back like, ‘What did I do? What did I do? And that’s when he told me to leave" she tells AllHipHop. A police report was filed last Thursday, charges against Berg are pending.

The latest delay is to give Universal Records more time to get permission for the samples used on the album. Some of the features said to be on The Rebirth include Drake , Fall Out Boy and Lenny Kravitz. The 2nd single is said to be a song entitled called "F*ck You" which landed on the Internet a couple weeks ago. His 1st single "Prom Queen" dropped in January but only reached No. 15 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 charts which made his record label very cautious of releasing the rock album. The Rebirth will reportedly hit shelves September 2009.

Diddy has done it again. The man who seems to be able to do anything has found another business venture to conquer. Sean Combs a.k.a P Diddy is starting a band of his own.
